Cebión® chewables

Active ingredient of Cebion® chewables:

Ascorbic acid 260 mg and sodium ascorbate 290 mg, equivalent to 500 mg of Vitamin C.

Indication of Cebion® chewables:

Therapy and/or prevention of ascorbic acid deﬁciency states (scurvy).

Dosage of Cebion® chewables:

Adult and adolescents (over 14 years of age): 1 tablet per day. Tablets can be chewed or dissolved in the mouth.

Cebión® minis

Active ingredient of Cebion® minis:

Ascorbic acid 52 mg and sodium ascorbate 58 mg, equivalent to 100 mg of Vitamin C.

Indication of Cebion® minis:

Therapy and/or prevention of ascorbic acid deﬁciency states (scurvy).

Dosage of Cebion® minis:

Children from 2 to 10 years old: 1 to 3 tablets per day. Maximum dose: 3 tablets per day. Tablets can be chewed or dissolved in the mouth.

Cebión® effervescent

Active ingredient of Cebion® effervescent:

Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) 1 g.

Indication of Cebion® effervescent:

Therapy and/or prevention of ascorbic acid deficiency (scurvy).

Dosage of Cebion® effervescent:

1 effervescent tablet per day dissolved in half a glass of water for adults and adolescents over 14 years of age. Maximum dose 1 tablet/day.

Orange flavored tablet.

Cebión® drops

Active ingredient of Cebion® drops:

Each ml (approx. 20 drops) contains: Ascorbic acid 100mg.

Indication of Cebion® drops:

Therapy and/or prevention of ascorbic acid deﬁciency states (scurvy).

Dosage of Cebion® drops:

Children under 2 years of age: Consult your doctor.
Children 2-3 years old: 40 drops (2 ml) per day.
Children 3-5 years old: 60 drops (3 ml) per day.

Can be used directly or diluted in water or fruit juice. Cebion drops and other medications should be taken at least 2 hours apart to prevent possible interactions.

Active ingredient of Vick VapoRub®:

Each 100g contains: Camphor 5.26 g, Menthol 2.82 g, Eucalyptus Oil 1.33 g, Excipient csp 100g.

Indication of Vick VapoRub®:

Dosage of Vick VapoRub®:

Vick 44EXP®

Active ingredient of Vick 44EXP®:

100 ml contains: Guaifenesin 1.6 g; vehicle cs 100 ml. Each 12.5 ml dose contains 200 mg of Guaifenesin.

Indication of Vick 44EXP®:

Relieves cough. Helps to eliminate ﬂema. Soothes sore throat due to coughing.

Dosage of VVick 44EXP®:

Children from 2 to 6 years old: weight from 12.5 to 21 kg, 1/2 teaspoon (3.75 ml). 12.5 to 21 kg, 1/2 teaspoon of coffee (3.75 ml).
Children from 6 to 12 years old: weight from 22 to 43 kg, 1 teaspoon of coffee (7.5 ml).
Children over 12 years old and adults: may take 1 tablespoon (15 ml).

Repeat doses every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not take more than 6 doses in 24 hours.

Pepto-Bismol®

Active ingredient of Pepto-Bismol®:

Each 30 mL contains: 525 mg of Bismuth Subsalicylate, Vehicle q.s. 30mL.

Indication of Pepto-Bismol®:

Pepto-Bismol covers, protects and relieves: heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach, nausea, diarrhea.

Dosage of Pepto-Bismol®:

Adults and children over 12 years old: 30ml (2 tablespoons). Repeat the dose every 1/2 hour as needed, maximum 8 doses in 24 hours.

Presentation of Pepto-Bismol®:

Oral Suspension 118 ml, original flavor.
Oral suspension 236 ml, original flavor.

Metamucil®

Active ingredient of Metamucil®:

Each 5.8g contains: Plantago psyllium seed husk powder 3.258g. Excipients: q.s.c.: 5.8g. Contains Aspartame.

Indication of Metamucil®:

Auxiliary in the treatment of constipation. Under medical consultation, it can be ingested during pregnancy or lactation. Can be used by diabetics.

Dosage of Metamucil®:

Instructions for use:

Add 1 tablespoon of Metamucil to 1 glass of water or natural juice.
Shake well and drink immediately.

It is recommended to drink 1 additional glass of water. • Adults: 1 tablespoon (5.8g) in 240 ml of water or natural juice up to 3 times a day. • Children: 6-12 years, ½ adult dose (2.9g) in 240 ml of water or natural juice up to 3 times a day. Produces effect between 12-72 hours. If taking for the 1st time, start with 1 dose daily. Gradually increase up to 3 daily doses if required.
